from enforcing an Ordinance No. 87 series of 2010 entitled “An Ordinance Providing for a Comprehensive Uniform Rules and Regulations Concerning Rolling Stores, Delivery Trucks/ Vans in the Province of Marinduque Creating for the Purpose a Task Purpose and for Other Purposes”.

Taxation of 1% on movable goods is principled in additional transport cost and affects the end users. To avoid businessmen/ traders in recouping the additional cost on goods, repealing the said fees and taxes from Sangguniang Panlalawigan would mean a lot to all Marinduqueños.
